2. Orders and payments

• All prices include 9% VAT (unless stated otherwise).
• Online / pickup orders: paid in full at checkout.
• Catering orders: final invoice after delivery or on agreed terms. Late payments incur administration fees and interest as permitted by Dutch law.
• Cancellations: possible up to 48 hours before the agreed pickup/delivery time for catering. Online orders are non-cancellable once prepared.

3. Product information, allergens & dietary requirements

See our separate Allergen Information page. We work in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee 100% absence of cross-contamination. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary needs when ordering. All food is 100% halal.

4. Pickup & catering delivery

Orders are for pickup at our locations or catered delivery (catering only). We do our best to meet agreed times, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic or third parties.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because our products are fresh and perishable, you do not have a right of withdrawal once the order has been prepared (in line with Dutch and EU law for food products).

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any indirect damages or issues caused by third-party delivery services.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website and menu belongs to Pita Chef. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
